A support ticket is the best way to ask our team for help. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
1. Open a ticket
- In the portal, click Support in the menu.
- Click Open a ticket.
2. Fill in the form
- Department: Technical support, Billing & payments, Domains & DNS, or Sales & upgrades.
- Related to (optional): pick the hosting plan or domain it's about.
- Subject and Message: what happened, and what you expected.
- Attach screenshots: up to 3 images, JPG, PNG or WEBP, 5 MB each.
- Priority: low, normal or high.
Click Submit ticket.
TipInclude the domain, the exact error message and a screenshot. It helps us fix it faster.
3. Follow the reply
You get an email when we answer. Open the ticket, type in Your reply and click Send reply. When everything is sorted, click Mark as resolved.
ImportantNever send passwords in a ticket. Our team never asks for your portal password.
