What is the difference between services and add-ons?

Services are work our team does for you: SSL installation, DNS setup, WordPress migration and email address setup. Add-ons are extra resources for your hosting account, such as SSD storage and database space. See our Add-ons page for those.
No. SSL installation and DNS setup work for domains hosted anywhere. WordPress migration moves your site to a HostBring plan, and email address setup is for our email and hosting plans.
DNS setup is PKR 1,000 per domain a year. Our team adds the records your domain needs, such as A, CNAME, MX, SPF and DKIM, so your website and email work, and keeps managing them for you. It is charged every year while we manage your DNS, and it is free when the domain is registered with HostBring.
SSL installation (PKR 500 per domain) and DNS setup (PKR 1,000 per domain) are yearly, for as long as our team manages them. Tell us your old mailboxes in your client portal: Gmail, Outlook, or another host. We copy all your emails and folders into your new HostBring address, then copy once more after the switch so nothing is lost. Your old mailbox stays as it is. It is PKR 500 per mailbox up to 5 GB; bigger mailboxes get a quote. Contacts and calendars are not moved.
You send logins only through your client portal, never on WhatsApp. They are encrypted, only our team can see them, and they are deleted when the job is done, or after 14 days at the latest. For Gmail and Outlook you give us an app password, not your normal one, and you can remove it afterwards.
Your website contact form, WordPress, n8n, CRM, POS or office scanner needs SMTP settings to send email from your address. We set them up and send a test email so you know it works. It is PKR 1,000 per app or website. We do not build automations or change your website code.
No. DNS Setup already includes your email records. Email DNS Setup (PKR 500 once) is for email customers whose website and DNS stay with another company: we add only the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records there, so your website keeps working.
SSL certificates are always free, and you can install one yourself. When you register a domain with HostBring, our team also sets up its DNS and installs SSL for free, for as long as the domain stays with us. For a domain registered elsewhere, DNS setup is PKR 1,000 and SSL installation is PKR 500, per domain a year.
Tell us the addresses you want, for example info and sales. We create each one on your email plan for PKR 200 per address, one time, and send you the login details. You can also create addresses yourself for free in your client portal.
Most sites are moved within 24 hours of payment. We copy your files, database and settings, check the site works on HostBring, and then tell you how to point your domain.
If you own extra domains, such as the .pk and .com versions of your name or common misspellings, we point them to your main website. Visitors who type any of them land on the right site. It is PKR 500 per domain, one time.
Yes. On a short screen share (AnyDesk, Google Meet or WhatsApp video), we set up your business email on your Android phone, iPhone, laptop or Outlook, and send a test email to check it works. You type your password yourself; we never ask for it. It is PKR 300 per phone or computer. Our free guides in the Help Center show how to do it yourself.
When a mailbox is full, new emails bounce back to the sender. We save your old emails, usually the big ones with attachments, to a file you keep on your computer, then remove them from the server so mail arrives again. Nothing is deleted before you say OK. It is PKR 500 per mailbox, one time. If you need more space every month, a bigger plan or extra storage is the better choice.
Old backup files, unused files, old test or copy sites and leftover cache that fill your hosting account. We take a full backup first, send you the list of what we will remove, and remove it only after your OK. We do not change your website itself. It is PKR 1,000 per hosting account.
We check your domain and send you a short report within 24 hours: when the domain and SSL expire, whether the website opens with HTTPS, whether your email records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are right, and whether your domain is on a spam list (blacklist). Each problem comes with what to do about it. It is PKR 500 per domain, and works for domains registered anywhere.
For a domain registered with HostBring, we change the owner name, company and contact details, for example when a business is sold or registered in a new name. The current owner must ask for it from their client portal or the email on the domain. Some domains, such as .pk, need extra steps from the registry. It is PKR 500 per domain.
A subdomain is an extra address in front of your domain, such as shop.yourdomain.com or portal.yourdomain.com. We set it up on your HostBring hosting, or point it to another service like Shopify, with SSL. We do not build the website that goes on it. It is PKR 300 per subdomain.
After payment we book a time with you on WhatsApp. On a 30-minute to 1-hour screen share, we show you or your staff how to use webmail, set up email on Outlook and phones, and find your way around the client portal. It is PKR 2,000 per session.
