Terms of Service

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any service offered by HostBring, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. HostBring reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

• You must provide a valid email address and contact information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account at a time.

HostBring provides web hosting services including, but not limited to, shared hosting, business hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related technical support. The specific features, resources, and limitations of each plan are described on our website and in the applicable service agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes in advance.

All prices for our services are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase or renewal. We offer the following billing cycles:

• Monthly: Billed every 30 days from the date of activation.
• Quarterly: Billed every 3 months from the date of activation.
• Bi-Annual: Billed every 6 months from the date of activation.
• Annual: Billed every 12 months from the date of activation.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of your services. HostBring accepts payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other payment methods as listed on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing clients will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in phishing activities.
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Hosting illegal content as defined by the laws of Pakistan.
• Running processes that consume excessive server resources and negatively impact other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts.
• Using our services for cryptocurrency mining.
• Hosting proxy scripts, anonymizers, or similar tools designed to circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or refund.

HostBring guarantees a network uptime of 99.90% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

If we fail to meet this uptime commitment in any given calendar month, affected clients may request a service credit. Credits are calculated as a percentage of the monthly fee proportional to the downtime experienced beyond the guaranteed threshold. Service credits must be requested within 7 days of the downtime event and are applied to future invoices only. They are not redeemable for cash.

The uptime guarantee does not cover downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network attacks (DDoS), or issues with third-party providers.

While HostBring performs regular backups of server data as a courtesy, it is ultimately your responsibility to maintain your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data. We strongly recommend that you keep independent backups of all your files, databases, and email.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. You may cancel your services by submitting a cancellation request through your client area or by contacting our support team.

• By the Client: You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle, except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• By HostBring: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or fail to make payment. We may also terminate services with 30 days' written notice for any other reason.

Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after a grace period of 15 days. It is your responsibility to download your data before the account is fully terminated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HostBring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HostBring during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

HostBring does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You acknowledge that you use the services at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HostBring, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the HostBring website are the property of HostBring or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. By using our services, you grant HostBring a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
