Register a .pk Domain in Pakistan

The current price is shown at the top of this page and follows PKNIC’s published fee. PKNIC requires a minimum registration of two years, so you pay for the two-year term up front. You can pay with EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.

Unlike .com, .pk registrations go through PKNIC and are not always instant. Most complete within a few hours, but PKNIC may review a name manually, which can take 1–2 working days.

For a plain .pk you usually do not. PKNIC may request supporting documents if the name resembles a trademark, an organisation name, or a restricted term. We will tell you if anything is needed.

Both are Pakistani domains. A plain .pk is shorter and more modern; .com.pk is the traditional commercial form and is often available when the .pk equivalent is taken.

That is a PKNIC rule, not ours. Pakistan’s registry does not sell .pk or .com.pk for a single year — two years is the minimum term for a new registration, and renewals follow the same multi-year pattern.
