Use this guide if your domain's DNS is managed at Hostinger.
1. Open your DNS records
- Log in to hPanel at hostinger.com.
- Open Domains and click your domain.
- Open DNS / Nameservers, then the DNS records tab.
2. Add each record
Choose the Type, fill in the fields and click Add Record. Copy the values from your domain page in HostBring.
| Type | Name | Points to / Content | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| TXT | _hostbring | the hostbring-verify=… value | |
| TXT | @ | the SPF value, for example v=spf1 include:spf.hostbring.com ~all | |
| CNAME | hb1._domainkey | the hb1-….dkim.hostbring.com value | |
| TXT | _dmarc | v=DMARC1; p=none; fo=1 | |
| MX | @ | mx1.hostbring.com | 10 |
- Name: type only the short name. Hostinger adds your domain itself.
- TTL: leave the default.
3. Before you switch MX
If you used Hostinger email, there are MX records such as mx1.hostinger.com. Copy your old email first (see Move your old email), then delete those MX records and add ours.
If a TXT record at @ already starts with v=spf1, edit it to the combined value from your domain page instead of adding a second one.
Then press Check now on your domain page.
