Use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail with a domain whose DNS HostBring runs, without editing records by hand.
1. Sign up with the provider first
Create your account with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho and add your domain there. They will ask you to verify it: use Add a verification record.
2. Switch the email records
- Click Domains and open your domain.
- In DNS records, click Use another email provider.
- Choose the provider and click Save.
We replace your MX records with the provider's and set your SPF record to include them (a domain must have only one SPF record).
ImportantIf you use HostBring business email on this domain, the portal asks you to confirm. After the switch, new email goes to the other provider, not your HostBring addresses. Copy your old messages first: see Move your old email yourself.
3. Finish in the provider's panel
Go back to the provider's admin panel and press its Verify or Check button. Most providers also suggest a DKIM record: add it with Add record (type TXT or CNAME, as they show).
