Plan storage is shared
Your plan comes with an amount of storage, for example 5 GB on Team. It is shared by all the email addresses on your plan.
Each address gets a part
When you create an address, you choose how much of the plan's storage it can use (its size). We suggest a fair share, but you can choose more or less in steps of 0.25 GB:
- Every address needs at least 0.25 GB.
- All the address sizes together can't be more than your plan's storage.
- You can change an address's size later on its page. It can't go below what the address already uses, plus a little room (10%).
Example: Team has 5 GB and 5 addresses. Give each address 1 GB, or give the busy sales address 2 GB and the others 0.75 GB each.
When an address gets full
We email the owner when an address reaches 80% and again at 95%. When an address is full, new email to it bounces. To fix it:
- Delete old email with large attachments, and empty Trash and Junk, or
- Give the address more space on its page, or
- Add storage: 5 GB more for PKR 600 a year. Ask us from your Email page.
Message size
You can send and receive attachments up to 25 MB. For bigger files, share a link (for example Google Drive) instead.
