Your domain and email address are new, so Gmail, Outlook and others don't know them yet. For the first days, your emails may land in the receiver's Spam or Junk folder. This is a normal safety check that providers use for all new senders.
To build trust faster
- Ask the people you email to open your message, click Not spam, and add your address to their contacts.
- Ask them to reply: replies help the most.
- Send normal emails with a few sentences and your name or signature. Avoid one-line "test" emails and sending to many people at once.
Most new senders reach the Inbox within a few days to a couple of weeks.
Is something wrong with my setup?
No. If the wizard shows Verify, SPF, DKIM and DMARC green, your domain is set up correctly. New senders simply need time to earn trust.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days to two weeks of normal sending and replies.
What should I avoid?
- Bulk or marketing email
- Many recipients at once
- One-line test messages
- Links to unknown sites
