Most services renew with an invoice we send before the due date. You can also ask for a renewal invoice yourself at any time.
1. Open the service
- Hosting: open Hosting and click the plan.
- Domain: open Domains and click the domain.
You can see the Next due date on the page.
2. Request the renewal
- In the Manage card, click Request renewal.
- Add anything we should know (optional), such as how many years.
- Click Send renewal request.
A support ticket is created and we send you the invoice. Your service keeps running while you pay.
3. Pay the invoice
Pay it as usual: see Pay an invoice.
ImportantPay before the due date. An expired domain can stop your website and email, and some domains cost more to bring back after they expire.
