Request a plan upgrade or cancellation

You can ask for a bigger plan, a renewal or a cancellation from your hosting's page. Each request opens a support ticket so you can follow it.

1. Open your hosting

Click Hosting in the menu, then your plan. The Manage card has the buttons.

2. Request an upgrade

1. Click Request upgrade.
2. In Plan you want, type the plan (for example Business).
3. Add anything we should know (optional) and click Send upgrade request.

We confirm the price difference before changing anything. On cPanel hosting, the Websites card also shows Request an upgrade when your plan has no room for another website.

3. Request a cancellation

1. Click Request cancellation.
2. Tell us why, if you like, and click Send cancellation request.

4. Follow your request

After sending you see Request sent. Ticket … created. and the ticket opens. You get our reply there and by email.
