Log in to the client portal

Your client portal is at my.hostbring.com. It is where you see your hosting, domains, email, invoices and support tickets.

1. Set your password the first time

Our team creates your login when your service is set up, and you get an invite email.

1. Open the invite email and click the link.
2. On Welcome, type a new password twice (at least 10 characters, with a letter and a number).
3. Click Create password and continue. You are taken to your dashboard.

2. Log in

1. Go to my.hostbring.com.
2. Type your Email address and Password.
3. Tick Keep me logged in on your own computer or phone only.
4. Click Log in.

If two-step login is on, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify. Lost your phone? Click Use a recovery code.

3. Forgot your password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Type your email address and click Send reset link.
3. Open the email within 60 minutes, choose a new password and click Change password.

4. Keep your account safe

• Turn on two-step login.
• Never share your portal password. Our team never asks for it.
